Amy & John had such a beautiful weddding! Amy was awesome with detail and chose great colors! The flowers came in amazing and her bouquet was one of my favorites! The happy bright colors perfectly fit this cute couple!!!! Take a look!!!!

A Note From The Bride:
I would highly recommend Stylish Stems for any occasion where flowers are needed, especially weddings! I was very pleased with the service and quality I received prior to my wedding day and on the actual day. The flowers arrived on time, if not early to the location of the ceremony as well as the location of the reception. My bridal bouquet was fresh and smelled delicious! My husband’s boutonnière was exactly how we planned and looked great on his black tux! My jr. bridesmaids’ flower rings were perfect and most appropriate for their size and duty in my wedding. The corsages’ and boutonnières for parents and grandparents were lovely, bright and coordinated well with the rest of the flowers. I was well pleased with the numerous, conservative centerpieces laying on tables for the reception among other more elaborate arrangements displayed outdoors to add beauty to the night. The colors of my flowers were exquisite and couldn’t have been more gorgeous! I loved it all! Thank you Stylish Stems!!
ABOUT YOU:
Bride & Groom: Amy Dixon Ewell & John Ewell
How You Met: On a blind date that his sister set up.
How He Proposed: John sent my little girls (the two I nanny & also my jr. bridesmaids) over to my house to wake me up one morning to make a special delivery from him. I opened my front door and they happily handed me a long stemmed, pink rose, a card and CD (which they decorated the cover of). I invited them inside and put in the CD which was a mix of our favorite love songs he made. Carefully and curiously opening the card I read that he made me a nail appt (a gift card to get a manicure and pedicure along with money to cover the tip), and to be somewhat formally dressed and ready at 4:30 sharp for a date he was taking me on. I had a feeling it was “the day”. He picked me up and we ate dinner at our favorite Italian restraunt (that was a surprise. I didn’t know what he had planned that night), Magianos. It was a great evening but I was constantly on my toes thinking he could ask the question any moment! After dinner we got back in his car and he suggested that we go back to my house so I can change out of my high heels into some hiking shoes. Confused, I agreed and we were on our way. I lead the way to my dark, unlit front porch. In the black shadows I saw flower petals on the front door mat. I opened the door to see the most beautiful, largest bouquet of long stemmed, pink roses confidently standing in a tall, wide, clear vase on my glass coffee table. Hundreds of red and pink rose petals covered my bookshelves nearby and both ends of the glass table that the bouquet was on. John turned on the song, “I’ll Be” by Edwin McCain in which we danced to. He then expressed his love and feelings for me. It was such a tender moment. Furthermore, he got down on one knee and proposed. With happy tears welling up in my eyes, I replied, “YES!!”.
